Gonçalo Fonseca Martins
FM Properties

We have gained experience in managing large numbers of holiday homes in the Algarve, but we have chosen to take a more exclusive approach: working with fewer properties so that we can tailor our support to each one’s specific needs.

Gonçalo Fonseca Martins, CEO, who holds a degree in Tourism, has been recognised by ‘Turismo de Portugal’ as a local accommodation professional specialising in new management challenges (Certificate No. 440/2025). He speaks English, Portuguese, Spanish and French.

Based in the heart of Tavira, we manage everything from A to Z — platform and calendar management, advertising, photography, administrative tasks, check-ins, maintenance and issues, cleaning, and revenue optimisation.

What sets us apart is simple: a personal touch, a quick response and a total focus on each owner. Here, your property isn’t ‘just another one’: we look after it as if it were our own.
